Thank you for choosing Mittal Home Tuitions. We strive to provide quality tutoring services by connecting students with experienced and verified tutors. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
The ₹1,000 Booking & Setup Amount is a one-time administrative charge used for tutor shortlisting, verification, coordination and arranging demo classes. This amount is non-refundable once the tutor search and allocation process has started.
1. Booking & Setup Amount
A booking amount of ₹1,000 is required to initiate the tutor matching process. This amount covers the administrative efforts involved in understanding the student's requirements, identifying suitable tutors, coordinating schedules and arranging the tuition process.
Once these services have been initiated, the booking amount cannot be refunded.
2. Tuition Fees
The remaining tuition fee, if applicable, is payable as communicated during the enrollment process. Tuition fees already paid for completed classes are non-refundable.
3. Teacher Replacement
If a tutor is unable to continue due to unavoidable circumstances or does not meet reasonable expectations, Mittal Home Tuitions will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement tutor without any additional booking charge, subject to tutor availability.
4. Cancellation by Parents or Students
- If a parent or student chooses to discontinue tuition after the tutor matching process has started, the booking amount will not be refunded.
- Payments made for classes already conducted are non-refundable.
- Future tuition arrangements may be cancelled at any time by informing the concerned coordinator in advance.
5. Exceptional Cases
Any refund request due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually by our management team. Approval of such requests shall remain solely at the discretion of Mittal Home Tuitions.
