2. Booking Process

• A booking and setup amount may be required before the tutor allocation process begins.
• The booking amount covers administrative work including requirement analysis, tutor shortlisting, verification and coordination.
• Tutor allocation is subject to availability.

3. Student & Parent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information while submitting enquiry forms.
• Maintain respectful communication with tutors and our team.
• Ensure a safe and suitable learning environment for home tuition sessions.
• Make tuition fee payments as mutually agreed.

4. Tutor Replacement

If a tutor is unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances or if a replacement is reasonably required, Mittal Home Tuitions will make reasonable efforts to arrange another suitable tutor without an additional booking charge, subject to availability.

5. Payments

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. The booking and setup amount, where applicable, is governed by our Refund Policy. Delayed payments may affect continuation of tuition services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and branding, is the property of Mittal Home Tuitions unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
